Chakra Activation Workshop Series – Day 19 – Throat Chakra, Vishuddha

Now that we have done all of that bit lets move on to the Throat Chakra, here are some basic specifications.
Location – The neck.
Key Words – Expression, responsibility, communication, universal truth.
Developmental Age – 15 – 21 years
Colours – Blue, silver, turquoise
Element – Ether/Akasha
Sense – Hearing
Body – Mental
Glandular Connections – Thyroid and Parathyroids
Quietening Fragrances – Lavender, Hyacinth
Stimulating Fragrances – Patchouli, White Musk
Crystals and Gemstones – Lapis lazuli, Aquamarine, Sodalite, Turquoise, Sapphire to name but a few.
Prayer of Affirmation
Help us to develop responsibility. May universal truth impregnate causal action so that the voice of humanity may find true harmony with the voice of the earth.
